NOTE:  This page puts a “spotlight” on the incredible programs and stories of people and organizations that were nominated for and won EEAW awards.  Please check back and see what is being done to further environmental and sustainability education in Washington state!

Since 2002, Linda has been the Schools Coordinator at Homewaters Project, a small non-profit based at North Seattle Community College.  She develops elementary education programs that extend the learning from classroom science units to the real world. The programs are inquiry-based and focus on watershed and terrestrial ecology and water conservation.  Linda also trains teachers and teaches urban youth in Seattle and Shoreline public and independent schools.  Linda's fun, interactive approach has made an impact on both students and teachers...Versage Testimonials
